San Antonio Spurs +3.5
This line makes no sense??? Portland is 10-1 at home and the Spurs are 2-7 on the road yet, this line is just 3.5. Nine of the Blazers home wins have been by 5 points or more so why is this line just 3.5? Since it seems so fishy I am jumping all over the San Antonio Spurs.
The Parlay Kid
New York Knicks to Win
Taking the Knicks on the money line as home dogs. The Knicks gained a lot of confidence in their toe to toe battle against the Nets a few nights ago and look to build off of it. Inserting Alec Burks into the starting lineup has paid immediate dividends and has made the Knicks a better team. The Bulls shouldn’t be favored here. Take the Knicks to win.
Tony Pollard Over 16.5 Receiving Yards
The Saints are really good defending the run, so the Cowboys will likely have to get their backs involved in the passing game. Pollard has gone over this line rather easily in 6 of his last 7 games. He seems to make a few big plays a game, and it wouldn’t shock me if they start getting Pollard the ball more than Zeke.
New York Rangers -1.5
Maybe I shouldn’t complain about betting losses anymore. There are worse things in life, like your cesspool flooding your basement. Speaking of cesspools, the Flyers have been terrible over the last 3 weeks and have lost 6 straight. The Rangers are playing like one of the best teams in hockey and have won 7 of 8. The Rangers offense has been clicking, and the Flyers have struggled giving up goals. Rangers -1.5!
The Spartans last 3 games have been 2 wins by a total of 6 points and a loss to Baylor by 17. I never like a Tom Izzo team being favored in a non-conference matchup like this. The Cardinals have won 4 in a row and might just catch MSU sleeping as they played outside of the United States during Thanksgiving weekend.
The Parlay Kid
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Over 10.5 points
KCP is averaging 11 points per game for the season, but closer to 16 points per game over his last six. Expect KCP to remain an integral part of the Wizards offense as he has shot over 60% in the last three games.
The Parlay Kid
Jerami Grant Over 19.5 Points
Grant takes on the Portland Trailblazers who are not exactly known for their defense. Over the past three games, Portland is giving up over 125 points per game. This bodes well for Grant who no matter what, is going to have high shot volume. Whether the shots go in or not is another story. I am betting enough fall tonight to go over the 19.5.
I wasn’t necessarily sold on this Duke team before that Gonzaga game, but they certainly made me a believer after it. They are very athletic and big. Ohio State has yet to play their best basketball and maybe we won’t see that until Big 10 play. Maybe this will be a magical season for Coach K, but either way, they are playing at a high level early on and I’ll lay the small number.
Minnesota Wild -1.5
The Wild have won three in a row and have beaten the Coyotes already this season by three goals. Arizona has the least points in the Western Conference.
